ARC-TP-02Why us

A job board forgets you. We don’t.

  • 01We represent you, we don’t list you. When a role matches your file, we send it to the employer ourselves and argue your case.
  • 02Every qualified application gets an answer. Yes or no, from a person. Silence is how the rest of this industry works; it isn’t how we do.
  • 03North American remote rates. These roles are paid at the market rate for remote work in the country hiring, not a local discount.
  • 04You are hired directly. The employer contracts and pays you. We take a one-time fee from them, never a cut of your pay.
ARC-TP-03What to expect 7 stepssame for everyone

The seven steps, from your side.

Every candidate goes through all seven, in the same order, assessed against the same criteria. Nobody skips a step because they know someone.

  1. Step 1

    Application

The form below. Your experience, the tools you use, your availability and what you expect to earn. Be honest about the last one — it saves everyone time.

  2. Step 2

    English sample

Something written and something recorded, assessed against CEFR levels. There is no trick to it and no penalty for an accent.

  3. Step 3

    Structured interview

The same questions everyone else gets, so you are compared on the answers rather than on how well the conversation happened to flow.

  4. Step 4

    Practical task

A real piece of the job — a week of calendar conflicts, a support ticket, a lead list. Around an hour, and it is yours to keep.

  5. Step 5

    Role-play

A live scenario: an unhappy customer, or a cold call. We are looking at how you think under pressure, not whether you are word-perfect.

  6. Step 6

    Availability

The hours you can genuinely work, what else you have on, and the date you could really start.

  7. Step 7

    References

We call two previous employers or clients. We ask you first, and we never contact a current employer without your say-so.

Status

Nothing posted this week.

We’d rather show you an empty list than a stale one. Most of our placements never get posted publicly — the employer describes the role, we go to the pool first. Which is the argument for being in the pool before the role exists.
